How to install

Luckily on Both the J and PJ bass kits the Install is going to be the same for our 50s, Modern, or Treble Bleed Kits.

STARTING WITH THE NECK PICKUP

Solder Your Neck Pickup's "Hot" also known as "+" on the diagram to the Middle open Lug on the Neck Volume pot

Next, Solder the Neck Pickup's "Ground" also known as "-" on the diagram to the casing of the Neck Volume pot

Repeat these steps but by installing the Bridge pickup to the Bridge Volume

Finishing the Installation

Solder the Tailpeice ground wire to the casing on any pot. In this example it was the Bridge Volume as it was the closest to the wire.If you have Shielded your cavity. Add a jumper wire from the Shielding itself to the wiring harness. Solder the wire to a pot casing just like how we did it with the tailpeice ground wire

And thats it!

Test the controls before restringing the Bass by lightly taping the pickups with a metal object. If you have any questions of need any help Troubleshooting Click here
